It would be.
I have been paid by salary in the bi-weekly payment for one year already. Currently, mostly likely I could get a training grant, but the training grant can only be di*****ursed in the form of a stipend, but NOT salary.My question is whether or not the EAD holders are legal to receive the stipend?
