But I know a guy who submit his Perm for almost one year but have not gotten anything yet. For this issue we should wait.

I am thinking we may write letters to the government or the president! Somehow we are even worse than the illegal immigration people. They do not need to pay tax and a lot of people try to help them. But there is no any voice for us!
