我的是PD September, 2001. EB3-RIR.45天信是2005，二月收到的。从此杳无音信，公司发Email,Lawer写信，都是受到同样的回答：

Due to the large volume of LC Applications currently being processed by the Backlog Elimination Center; we are unable to provide you with an exact processing time. If you need additional information, please visit the following Internet website:

There is no need to submit multiple requests. If you have not already received one, the next notices that you will receive from this office will be a 45-Day Letter and a Selection of Continuation Option letter.

我也想和大家通个信，等了近五年了，要是撤回来重新办PERM,花钱不说，也不是有十全地把握，关键是心理上禁不起坏的变化了。我记得，PERM 开始前不是还有很多人为了RIR稳妥保险争着送进来的吗?!大家是什么打算哪？事实是不知苦等下去还要多久，对于我个人，好在485 PD 还没Current,即便撤回来办PERM,也不是3-5各月有准的事。。。我心了就是有口气出不来，想当初我们都是向往自由，凭能力闯世界，到现在却落得听天由命，人人自危！真是可怜。说起来美国这里办事讲道理又人道，但几十万人卡在如此官僚的部门，真是令人失望。毕竟我们也是美国的纳税人吧？真不信就没个讲理的地方？
