While NIW is pending,spouse works with EAD

我的NIW申请（09/22/05递交到VSC)此时本该有结果了，可是被无缘无故转到NSC，这下原先等待的8个月算白等了，只有从头再来。我的配偶刚找到工作，也拿到了EAD卡，诚心向诸位请教，她应该等我的NIW有结果之后再工作，还是现在就可以开始工作？担心雇主不会将此职位保留太久。 谢谢各位热心帮助！
