劳工卡丢了

The lawyer told my hu*****and that his PERM has been approved but original approved labor certificat was never received in the mail. The lawyer is requesting duplicate from DOL. He said it is very difficut to get duplicate. Does anyone have simial experience? Thanks in advance!
