急问：EAD Receipt Notice的问题

情况是这样的：我现在再等H-1bextension的Receipt Notice作为employment extension的证据，可是现在是USCIS收到的第16天了，据说是7-10天Receipt Notice就应该能寄到，可是现在还没有音讯。6月5号老的h-1b就要到期了，请问这种状态应该怎么办？我的EAD申请也是才递交，那么，用EAD Receipt Notice(I-485 pending)行不行？
