EAD

Dear all,

Please help me with the following question,

My hu*****and applied EB1 and EB2 last year. Both I140 and 485 are pending, but I got EAD card. I hold H4 nonworking visa now. I want to use EAD card to work. My question is, do I have to leave the U.S. to get the new H4 if our I140 is denied after I used the EAD card.
