我已经办了两次了，自己办一般不会有什么问题。
我也是VCS。YES,还要把材料寄到原来的VCS。

Copy of the current Employment Authorization Card (front and back)，
Copy of the letter that comes with Employment Authorization Card，
Copy of I-94 record，
Two photos within 30 days with name and A# on the bask，
Check $180.00 payable to Department of Homeland Security，
