About EAD RFE

My wife got RFE when applying for her EAD (C9) the 1st time. I'm the principal applicant.

They asked for
- I-140 approval notice
- Marriage Certificate (notarized)

The funny thing is that we got the same RFE when renewing her EAD even though we did submit the I-140 approval notice and marriage certificate. Now I'm not surprised at their poor job quality.
