请教小白兔 and other specialist: Additional evidence for EAD.

Dear All Specialist:

I got the notice from INS on the website as follows:

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status:

"On April 26, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed......"

My situatioins are:

I applied the EAD-C/9 based on the pending I-485 in Feb 2006. I submitted all the required document by following the I-765 instruction including:

1. Filing fee of US$180.00 payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
2. Two (2) identical color passport style photographs.
3. A cover letter/statement.
4. Original, completed and signed Form I-765.
5. My Form I-797C, Notice of Action, for my pending I-485 application from USCIS confirming that application has been filed dated on May 18, 2005.
6. Copy of pages of my passport.
7. Copy of my I-94, front and back page.
8. Copy of visa for entries into United States from my passport.
9. Copy of all I-20s, front and back pages.
10. Copy of my previously approved and issued EAD card, front and back.

My wife is the principle applicant and I am the spouse.I guess that I need to submit evidence of relationship and any other documents.

0) What kind of additional document required?
1) Marriage Certificate is enough for the evidence of relatioinship?
2) Normally, how long INS will let me know the finial decision after INS get these evidence?
