请高手解答：I485 pending, EAD renewal question

I have I-140 approved with I-485 pending. Now I am working with my EAD (I gave up my H1 status last Oct.).

Now I am renewing EAD with I-765 filing:

On Item 15. Current immigration Status (Visitors, student, etc.)

Shall I fill in with I485 pending with I140 approved or anything else?

You help is highly appreciated.
