No online info for my EAD application

Hi, there:

I applied EAD based on pending I-485 last month. I received the receipt 10 days ago. When I checked its status online, I was olways told that the 13-character receipt number is not right. So anybody has such experience? By the way, I have been using two names and I am wondering something wrong for uscis to mix them.
