help on AP & EAD renewal, CSC, 485 pending

I got my first AP and EAD late last June (my hu*****and submitted his I-140 and 485 application and did the application for me too) and have never used them. I am going to apply for the renewal of both. Can I send these two applications in the same package? and which USCIS CSC mailing address should I use, the one in my 485 receipt?
