Help! Where to file EAD and AP?

My status: I-140 approved and I-485 pending. I applied for I-131 EAD renewal and I-765 AP to USCIS P.O.Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120 last week. The application was sent back today. The letter said the application was out of jurisdiction and the Chicago Lockbox can not process employment based AOS applications. Should I send the application to Texas Center? I also file I-765 AP for my hu*****and.Should his package be sent to the Chicago Lockbox or Texas Center? Thanks for your help in advance.
