Please help for my EAD renewal--delay process problem

My original EAD will be expired next week but my renewal EAD hasn't been approved. Today is the 90th days after I submitted to CSC. My EAD (C-9) is based on 485 pending, I140 (EB2) approved. What can I do? Call them or go local office? Please give an advice! Thanks a lot!!
