We misunderstood. I don't want my son to work using this EAD. He needs an EAD for his SSN application. It's very strict now for a H4 or J2/F2 to apply for a SSN. Tax is not a right reason to get a SSN. They will tell you to apply for an ITIN insead of SSN.
