哪一步可以申请EAD啊, I-140 还是 1-485?

自己在办绿卡, 面试的公司连H-1B都不管. 但我明年初毕业有OPT, 不知道哪一步可以申请EAD, 就不用公司申请H-1B了.

如果是I-485就没戏了...
