请问如和申请AP 和EAD? 是不是要请律师还是自己下载一些表格填上即可? 从哪下载表格呢? 得等多长时间才能拿到?

H1 马上到期了. 听说AOS 合法. AOS 还需要申请什么吗? 比如填什么
表? 还是什么也不用做? 但I94 要过期了, AOS 回国后再回来会不会有问题?

renew H1B if possible. You are defalut in AOS if you have submitted 485. There is nothing more you can do with regard to AOS as long as your 485 is valid.

You can come back with AP but no gurantee! It seems that you will get no problem if your 140 has been approved.
