some question for EAD

My case information:

I-485 pending (TSC),got the EAD from TSC.Permanent address is in AL.

1.if I need to renew EAD, which center should I renew? TSC or ..? I am confused because my permanent and temparory address are not the same leading to different centers.

3. The foreigners are required to notify CIS their address change,using AR-11 form.In my case,do I still need to use the AR-11 form to notify USCIS and this will make them confuse for my case?
How to deal with the situation like me : my permanent address is not changes but temparory is changed?
