H4---> EAD --> H1B, Is it possible?

Will appreciate experts or experienced advice!

I am a H4, and now have got EAD as my hu*****and as PERM-track Principle Petitioner.
If I find a job and use the EAD to work for a while, can I ask my company to
sponsor H1-B visa for me?

I know once I used EAD, I will be in AOS status. But because of my marriage crisis,
I need to find a job to back me up.

I don't know what to do. Please help me and give me some advice.
