EAD

Hello, this is my first time to post. I just have a question regarding EAD and H1B1. My I-485 is pending and I just used AP to go back to China for emergency. I want to know:
1, whether the use of AP affect H1B1, especially if I want to change my work?
2. can I work in goverment if I appliy for EAD?
