You can't file I485 right now. Have to wait till your priority date (PD, the date of your LC filing) becomes current. Right now they are accepting cases of PD before sometime around 2000.

If your LC was filed back in year 2000, you can file I140 and I485 right now. If not, then you can file only I140.
