I had the same situation but I have waited 2 and half years!

According to my lawyer, you need to do a current labor market test, re-run ads, re-interview people and DOL will review resumes for your company. This process takes about 30 days and you might still get approved after that, given no qualified american candidate found.

I don't know if you are still in this stage, if yes, you can still hope. If not you might have to keep waiting or consider other options
