is I-134 needed for i-485/ EAD

I got my NIW 140 approved last week. We are filing our i-485 and EAD for both me and my hu*****and, after we have already given our lawer everything, she suddently informed us to fill in I-134 (Affidavit of Support) and on the i-134 she filled in as my hu*****and fully dependent on me, which is not, because my hu*****and has his own job. By searching the internet, I didn't find any where say that I-134 is need for the I-485 or EAD. can someone please let me know the answer if you know!

If yes, do I need turn in salary statment, certificate of bank savings, tax returns....
