EAD and NIW 140 RFE

I140&I765 Rd: Jun/20/05
My hu*****and's NIW 140 petition got RFE on Aug/08/05. The formal notice will come later. We applied I765(EAD) concurrently with I140 and I485 since I eagerly need EAD to work. The web showed that the processing time of I765(CSC) is 07/09/05 which has passed my I765 Rd. But we didn't get any information about I765. My question is that if the I140 RFE affected our approval of I765.
