H1 or Ead,help me,thank you!

I am an H1 holder and applying the NIW Green Card.I will move to another state for a new job offer at a new company. My 140 was approved and I am waitting for the 485.The new compay belongs to an university so there are no limitation and applying deadline for H1 application.Meabwile,I have got my EAD but never used it.
Please tell me which one is good for NIW application? which one should I use for my new job?EAD or H1?
