问等待EAD的问题

I have filed my EAD RENEW in the beginning of the year. after 4 monthes, nothing at all, went to local INS, they told me they have issed my new EAD in March 30th, for some reason that I never received it.

the local INS said there is nothig they could do and told me to refiled it and waived the fee. but it has been another two monthes after I refiled already, still nothing at all......

could anyone tell me what should I do beside endless waiting?

any info will be greatly appreciated!!!
