My wife's has received the H4 approval and it starts exactly the day after her OPT expires. If she does not use EAD, she is H4, not AOS, right? If she uses EAD, I understand she loses H4 then, how will this influence her H1 application? Is it possible to change from EAD to H1? Thanks!!!
