Overall, looks good. Here's some thoughts if you don't mind.

Like the pattern and treatment at the top, but not too crazy about the lace at the bottom. Would prefer to more neutral color. To me, the golden/orange curtain is competing with the dark wood high-end dining furniture, which should be the focal point of the room.
