怎么办离婚？ 人在加州

各位专家，here is my situation -
We got married 4-5 years ago, with a prenup stating no split of property of alimony in case of divorce. We have no child, one house, but purchased by me before marriage. She has been a student until about half year ago.
Due to prenup, is this a simple divorce? what are the steps?
