"The fist house" thing is what his lawyer told him, he said. I guess he doesn't really know a lot in law but just want to get the property after divorce.

He knows that I have a house in China. I think his stratedy is to talk me to give up the first house and in return he won't ask for my house in China.

No kids involved.
