most people justt had one or two rentals

Most people just had one or two rentals other than the pro landlords posting regularly here. Most of them just looking for a couple thousand dollar/month additional income. Most people here do not have the energy/expertise to take care of, say 3+ rental propoties.  But in the long run, the one or two good rental properties (Rental>=mortage) are still excellent investments.
