Must have qualified teacher with credentials, good spacious room, decent outdoor and indoor playground.

Better have structured education, music and arts crafts classes. Dancing and gymnastics as optionals.

Church affliated daycare is usually a good choice. They have nice buildings, good fences and good staff.

Children should be guaranteed safe behind coded gates, have visitor registrations and surveillance cameras in classroom and bathroom.
