非美国居民能当 C Corp 的director 吗?

正在注册 C Corp。两个股东： 一个我（美国公民），一个哥们在中国（中国公民）。

我们打算file个Articles of Incorporation - General Stock。
在Statement of Information （SI-200）里，要填CEO,secretary, 和CFO.我可以让中
国这哥们当secretary和CFO吗？ SI-200表里要填secretary和CFO的地址，可这两行的
地址格式都没有“Country”这一项，只让填到“State“就完了。是不是对于外国人要
用其他表？
