1. One needs to register for a company, real name, address, sign for any contracts & POs;

2. One needs to be responsible for any hazardous material transportation, provides phone numbers for 24hrs emergency service, rating /classification of the hazardous materials, provides MSDS , insurances... There are all kinds of service companies can help on the issues.

3. E-mails and Facsimiles are legal documents.
