you  mean you have one saleman who has a big customer?

First way,  give him (saleman)  high basical salary, lower his comm. to 1% --1.5%

second way, give him good salary, but first sum of sale no comm. and then, start to pay com. ( sometimes, from 5 millions dollar to pay comm.)
