回复：Before you start, ask youself two fundamental questions:

IMHO, asking these 2 fundamental questions before starting a business is not that necessary, in fact, it could kill lots of promising businesses.  The reason is simple, there is no business dominate a market, the market is a big pie, many many businesses could share together, including the startups.

The key is, just do it.

But obviously get some basics of starting and runing a business figured out before starting will be helpful.
