I know that but the business model has to buy from second hand or other companies individually. Just wonder if I need do this kind of business and how other people deal with it. Maybe it really not worth to do this kind of business model since it is hard to grow and has lots of risk(tax but mostly like you mentioned, Not limited liability any more).
