头疼的Western Union

I am buying a business, and includes Western Union service, and daily transaction amount is about $20000. Now it seems every bank hates the Western Union, and charge very high deposit fee at 1.5%. Does anyone knows any bank is friendly with Western Union. Thanks! the business in NYC
