My zebra 2844 is not working well. The printer setting was right. When I tested the printing, the header and the footer were printed on the top and bottom edges perfectly.

When I hit the 'print label' button from Paypal, it generates a 8.5"x11" label. When I printed, only portion of the label was printed on the paper, because the generated image was too big for a 4"x6" label.

Any way to set the image to a smaller size? I already choose "zebra Lp2844z" as the printer in the Paypal profile.
