有人知道sub店吗？

一直在找合适的 small business，最近看到一个franchised sub shop for sale 还可以，不知道有没有人干过？这总店需要人在吗？前店主说the current manger will stay。老婆和我都有 full time job， 不知道能不能照顾过来？
请有经验的人指点一下。 多谢！
