Help!!!

Hi,
I sold one PC game at Amazon. After 2 weeks, the buyer contacted me for a full refund since he claimed he has not received the item. The trcaking number shows the item was delivered already. Please give me advice or suggestions how to deal such cheap buyers. Thanks,
