要开公司了？how to apply for Tax Id of CA state?

在网上完成了联邦税号--EIN的申请。

据说下步应该是---Register for State and Local Taxes
（step8---http://www.business.gov/start/start-a-business.html）

但加州的网页做得太烂，进去之后怎么也找不到how to Register for State and Local Taxes.

请前辈指导一下。

另how to apply for LLC number from CA secretary of state?
