well, be honest, you are lying. This was brand new, I bought it from ritz camera just before I sold it to you, and i have receipt for it. this evidence will be provider ed to Amazon later. I had checked the item before I shipped to you, everything was ok. And you ordered it on June 28, you received it on June 30. Do you really believe everybody believes your lies? It is not a couple dollars staff, it is over $200. I will go all the way to everywhere with you, Amazon or any court.
