I thought I made mistake, then I checked my payapl

the paypal shipping record shows that I paid for 6 oz weight shipping, which means 3 inks.

He is lying, I asked him to check the label weight, he said both of two packages are 4 oz.

I called ebay, report this kind of cheating, the guy who answered the phone understood, but seems like ebay does not have any methold to punish cheating buyer.


Any suggestion?
