i never hear after issue L/C, yu pay deposit again. L/C is money, the mill can use yur L/C as collerate in bank of China, and get loan, to run their business. Do not be crazy, protect yourselve. When you do business, go normal channel. Anyone asked yu to deposit with L/C, be careful and ask why? L/C is enough.
