eBay already charged you listing fee when you list the item. If the item is unsold, ebay won't charge the final value fee. If you re-list the unsold item and sold for the 2nd time. eBay will charge the final value fee but credit the 2nd time listing fee. eBay charge different final value fee 比率 depend on CATEGORY.
