Supreme Court is hearing 3 unprecedented cases today!

The decision on them will have profound influence for years to come.

In the past, to allow jurors to discuss and act without fear of being prosecuted for their action inside the jury room, they are protected from being investigated and sued for what happened in the jury room.  However, last year, Supreme Court opened door to challenge that.  It instructed last year, that in extreme cases, prob of juror inside the jury room can be allowed.

Now, today, three cases are brought up.  Jurors were investigated and accused of being racists for conviction of Hispanic and black.

I don't know if these jurors are racists, maybe they are, maybe they  aren't, but if investigation is allowed after convictions, jurors will be afraid to act from now on!

I love my home, and love my country (US).  I always thought we still have hope for a bright future, but now, I am very afraid.
