The value of the Clinton Foundation  is this: all of the surrogates surrounding them which "bleach" emails and have "oh shit" moments end up with high paying jobs there. The entire Clinton operation is a well-oiled machine of mostly legal graft. The Foundation is a big way to take care of people.
