News is now completely biased. How do they know “he doesn't”?

CNN: Katrina Pierson: Khan supports Sharia law (he doesn't)

The paper,  “Juristic Classification of Islamic Law,” he published in 1983 clearly stated:

“The invariable and basic rules of Islamic law are only those prescribed in the Shari'ah,” Khan writes. “All other juridical works… must always be subordinated to the Shari'ah.”
